The Role of the Supreme Court

Supreme Court Building (

Conservative Americans who believe that Supreme Court Justices should follow the United States Constitution are being labeled as “activists” by the far left and, of course, by the mouthpiece of the far left, the elite media.

Meanwhile, leftists who want to pack the court with judges who want to eliminate the United States Constitution are being described by the elite media as simply trying to affirm that the role of Supreme Court Justices is to defer to legislators.

Let us be clear. The role of Supreme Court Justices is to adhere to the Constitution and to decide cases based on its tenets. The role of the Justices is NOT to legislate from the bench. It is to follow the very simple rules of the Constitution. Neither liberal nor conservative have a right to rewrite the Constitution. Conservatives don’t want to rewrite the most important document in the world. Only liberal fascists want to do that.

Liberal fascists want America dead. They want to pack the Supreme Court with people who agree that the essence of America is evil and needs to be destroyed. From Woodrow Wilson to Franklin Delano Roosevelt to Jimmy Carter to Barrack Obama, the “progressive left” has tried to destroy this nation. Men like Senator Joseph McCarthy have been castigated and destroyed for trying to maintain the status of this country in the face of “progressives”.

Here is a simple definition: “progressive” is the code word for communist, socialist, and fascist. Just read Jonah Goldberg’s book “Liberal Fascism” to gain a better understanding of the duplicity of American government, the media and “progressives”.

Recent events have shown that communists (i.e., “progressives”) are still trying to destroy this country, both from within and without.

It is time that real American people stand up against “progressive” rhetoric and the despicable actions of liberal fascist leaders. Unless we do, America will go the way of Europe, Russia, and the Middle East. That would be a sad way to end up as a noble nation.

About Doc

I am a Psychologist and a veteran of the Vietnam War. I work with abused children and with agencies which try to both prevent abuse and to empower those who have been abused. I feel strongly about child abuse and take every action I can to prevent it and to support the children I work with who have experienced it. I also feel strongly about politics and especially the course being taken by our nation. I believe that America is at a critical point in its development. How we answer the challenges from Islamic fascists and from our own internal enemies in the media, government, and academia will determine America’s future and the future of our children. I believe that if we don’t take the correct course now, America will go the way of Europe and that we will not reach the potential set out by our founding fathers. I believe that it is now getting serious. My gravitar is from "Darkman".
